• Any content you store or transmit via the Features (“Content”) remains yours. You grant AGRP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, modify, adapt, transmit, display, and create derivative works of the Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Features.
• User-Generated Content (UGC) License. By submitting, uploading, or creating content in or for the game (“UGC”), you grant AGRP a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, publicly display, and otherwise use the UGC in connection with the Features and community projects (including backups and future versions). To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights (such as rights of attribution and integrity). AGRP may remove UGC at its discretion but is not obligated to do so once integrated.
• You are solely responsible for your Content and for ensuring it does not infringe rights or violate laws. Do not accidentally make private Content public.
• We make no warranties as to the accuracy or reliability of user Content obtained through the Features.
• AGRP acknowledges it has no ownership in your intellectual property. Publicly available Content may be viewed or shared by others.
• We do not pre-screen Content but may review and remove or restrict Content at our discretion if it violates these Terms or applicable laws.
• Respect copyright notices and technical protection measures. By uploading copyrighted material, you represent you have permission. We may block or remove infringing Content upon complaints and will determine questions of infringement at our discretion, without prejudice to parties' rights in law.
• Copyright Takedown: See Copyright Agent for notice requirements (including DMCA where relevant).

• If you believe material on the Features infringes your rights, contact us with: (i) your signature; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work; (iii) exact URL/location of the material; (iv) your contact details; (v) a good-faith statement that use is unauthorized; and (vi) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
• We may remove material upon valid notice and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGRP, and its volunteers, contributors, administrators, and affiliates shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising from or relating to the Features.
• We are not responsible for: (i) use or inability to use the Features; (ii) procurement of substitute goods/services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party; (v) loss of in-game items/progress; (vi) downtime, hacks, exploits, or security incidents despite reasonable measures.
• Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with AGRP related to the Features is to stop using the Features.

• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Use unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Do not use another user's account or share your password. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
• If we have reasonable grounds to suspect violations or inaccurate registration data, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of any Features.
• We are not responsible for losses to you or others arising from unauthorized access to your account.

• You own the Content you create/store. Unless specifically permitted by you, use of the Features does not grant us a license to use your Content for our commercial marketing beyond operating the Features.
• Do not use or share your Content or any AGRP data in ways inconsistent with these Terms or applicable laws.
• We are not required to keep backup copies of User Data once your account/User Data is deleted. Independently back up your data where permitted.
• We apply reasonable measures but do not guarantee absolute security or indefinite storage of User Data.
• Data retention/deletion timelines are further described in the Privacy section.
• Game Integrity Preservation. Upon account deletion, we may de-identify your account (removing email, IPs, tokens, external links and replacing usernames with random labels) while retaining non-personal gameplay records or re-assigning assets to a system entity where necessary to maintain world integrity. This process is irreversible and does not entitle you to restoration of access or assets.

• AGRP's policy is that users can use the Features reasonably to meet their needs. A small number of users may consume excessive bandwidth or resources, impairing performance for others.
• To keep services reliable 24/7, we monitor aggregate metrics (impressions, interactions, downloads, and other non-time-critical traffic) and may throttle, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access where usage is continually excessive or unfair.
• Automated controls (e.g., VPN/proxy detection, rate limiting) may restrict access to protect service integrity. Verified exceptions can be approved at our discretion and may be revoked if abused.

• AGRP may investigate violations of these Terms or other policies and pursue any remedies available in law or equity. AGRP may notify or cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
• We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts (temporarily or permanently) at our discretion for violations or risks.
• Moderation decisions are final; the community service is provided at our discretion and without entitlement to access.

• All donations and perk redemptions with AGRP coins are final and non-refundable, including cases of bans, downtime, or perk changes.
• Virtual perks have no monetary value and may be altered or revoked at any time; they do not constitute a purchase of goods or services.
• Chargebacks/payment disputes may result in suspension and removal of perks.
• Operational details on purchasing and redeeming appear in Payments.

• We may disable or deactivate accounts inactive for more than 3 years (36 months). In such cases, associated data may be deleted without prior email notice. See Privacy for data retention specifics.

• Illegal, harmful, misleading, fraudulent, or malicious activities; content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, or sexually explicit.
• Transmission of malware/viruses or material that infringes third-party rights.
• Spam, “junk mail,” chain letters, phishing, or unsolicited mass distribution.
• Using VPNs, proxies, Tor, or similar network relays to evade moderation, mask identity, or circumvent technical restrictions. Exceptions may be granted via our VPN whitelist process for legitimate needs; misuse may result in suspension or removal.
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, bypassing anti-cheat, or unauthorized access attempts.
• We may delete content or suspend accounts reasonably believed to violate this Agreement or threaten safety.

• AGRP has not reviewed all third-party sites linked from the Features and is not responsible for their content. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use third-party sites at your own risk.

• Volunteer, non-profit operation. The Features are operated by volunteers on a non-profit basis and are provided on a best-effort community service model. To the extent permitted by law, AGRP does not assume, accept, or owe a legal duty to provide uninterrupted service, specific response times, ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, or continuous moderation.
• No professional services. The Features are not professional, commercial, or paid-for services and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Participation is optional and at the user's own risk.
• Moderation and monitoring. We are not obligated to proactively monitor all activity or Content. Moderation actions (including removing Content, restricting features, or banning accounts) are taken at our discretion as described in Violations and Termination of Accounts and Prohibited Activity.
• Data and backups. Users are responsible for backing up their own data where permitted. We do not undertake a duty to retain or restore User Data beyond what is stated in User Data and the Privacy section.
• Third-party dependencies. Availability and performance may depend on third parties (e.g., MTA:SA platform, hosting, CDN/DDoS providers, payment processors, Discord). We do not control these services and assume no duty or liability for their outages, changes, or failures.
• Safety and conduct. While we may act on reports and take reasonable steps to promote safety, we cannot guarantee prevention of harassment, cheating, exploits, or other harmful conduct. Users should report issues so we can review and act at our discretion.
• No fiduciary or employment relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a fiduciary, partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between users and AGRP or its volunteers.
• Legal compliance. Where required by law (e.g., valid court orders or applicable reporting duties), we may cooperate with authorities; however, we do not undertake a general duty to proactively investigate or police user activity.
• Preservation of other protections. This section supplements (and does not limit) the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability. Nothing here excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

• If any provision is found illegal, void, or unenforceable, it will be modified to be enforceable to the maximum extent possible to reflect its intent; the remaining provisions remain in full force.

• By using the Features, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years old and competent to agree to these Terms (parent/guardian consent may be required if under the age of majority); (b) registration information is truthful and accurate and will be kept up to date; and (c) your use complies with applicable law.

• Our failure to act regarding a breach does not waive our right to act regarding that or subsequent breaches.

• These Terms, together with any incorporated policies or rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and AGRP and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms and any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by the laws of The United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

The parties agree that the courts of The United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or forum non conveniens.

If you are a consumer resident in the UK or EEA, you may benefit from mandatory rights and protections under your local law; nothing in these Terms affects such rights, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts to the extent required by applicable mandatory law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, AGRP may seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect the security, integrity, or availability of the Features.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AGRP and its volunteers, contributors, and administrators from claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Features, your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights. Operators, administrators, and volunteers are not personally liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from use of this service

• AGRP may update these Terms at any time. We will post changes on this page and, where appropriate, notify in-service.
• Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Review this page periodically.
